The initial project phase involved the design, construction, and assembly of the various processing units on a transportable skid.
A horizontal decanter, a vertical separator, and a temperature-controlled reactor were installed and interconnected through appropriately dimensioned process and service pipelines, equipped with dedicated sensors. Electrical wiring and preliminary functional tests were carried out directly in the workshop.
The first operational trials were successfully completed, and the platform was confirmed as ready for operation.
